PRIVATE MEMBERSHIPS

A membership of GL STRAND is for everyone with a general interest in art and a
particular interest in modern and contemporary art. In addition to free admission, GL
STRAND’S members are presented with a range of special offers and interesting cultural
experiences along with invitations to our private views and guided tours of our exhibitions.
As a member you also support one of Copenhagen’s oldest and most critically acclaimed
exhibition halls.

It is possible to view our current exhibition and subsequently have your ticket refunded,
should you decide to become a member of GL STRAND.

ART SOCIETY MEMBERSHIPS

At it's founding in 1825, GL STRAND was the first Danish Art Society and has since then
been an example to hundreds of art societies. Thus, we see ourselves as a natural
gathering point and as a primus motor of inspiration and of exchanging ideas, first and
foremost based on our exhibitions of contemporary art, but also as the host of an annual
workshop on art societies. This is also the reason why we are honoured to include the
private Danish art societies as members.

As a member of GL STRAND, your art society will have a range of advantages and offers:

- 20 free admission tickets (at a value of 900 DKK.)
