Entrances

The art center has two entrances, one from Gammel Strand 48 and one from Læderstræde 15 - through the courtyard. The exhibition halls are accessible via the elevator or stairs connecting all three floors. There is access for wheelchairs and prams from Læderstræde 15 through the courtyard, where you can access all the floors of the art center by elevator.

Thursday bar in The Cultural District

Every Thursday in august 10 cultural institutions move into the squares and gardens with simultaneous pop-up Thursday bars with some added cultural spice.

GL STRAND is popping up with Thursday-summer-drinks, for you to enjoy in a lounge chair down by the canal. At 17:00 (Danish) and 17:30 (English) you are able to jump on a guided tour of the critically acclaimed exhibition ZANELE MUHOLI (admission required but otherwise free)

You are also able to find Thursday bars at Bryghuspladsen / Byhaven Københavns Museum / Thorvaldsens Plads / Bibliotekshaven

This event reoccurs every Thursday in august from 16:00 till 19:00
