Rental events
With a view of the canal and access to a private courtyard, you have the opportunity to create unique and personal settings for your event at Gammel Strand. We offer full catering and a dedicated team to ensure your event becomes a truly special experience. All guests have automatic access to Gammel Strand's exhibitions, and we also provide specialized guided tours. All meeting packages include technical equipment and service staff.

Meeting Packages
You can host full or half-day meetings for groups ranging from 6 to 80 people. We offer a meeting room accommodating 12 people or our banquet hall, which can seat up to 80 people for both dinners or meetings.
We set up tables and chairs according to your preferences, such as a common meeting table, group tables for eight people, theater-style setup, etc. Gammel Strand's café, Lille Fugl, takes care of your catering throughout the day, featuring a menu composed of seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
You always have the option to conclude the meeting with a visit to the exhibitions, a glass of wine, or a dinner.
Half-Day Meeting Package: 8:00 am - 12 pm or 1 pm - 5 pm.
Price: DKK 700 per person, including VAT.
Full-Day Meeting Package: 8:00 am - 5 pm.
Price: DKK 825 per person, including VAT.
Gammel Strand's café, Lille Fugl, focuses on seasonal ingredients, organic produce, animal welfare, and sustainability in production. Menus vary based on seasonal availability. Upon inquiry, we provide menu and beverage examples*.
Breakfast is served as a buffet with freshly baked sourdough bread, a selection of pastries, cheese, and jam.
Lunch is served as a buffet. We offer simple, everyday-friendly dishes with accompanying fresh salad and sourdough bread or freshly baked focaccia sandwiches. Options include fish, meat, or vegetarian. We cater to meat-eaters, pescetarians, vegetarians, and vegans. We also provide gluten-free alternatives*.
In the afternoon, we serve homemade cakes from Lille Fugl, fruit, and fresh coffee, allowing you to conclude the meeting with positive energy*.

Equipment & AV
Receptions/launches and evening events: 2 pm - 6 pm or 5 pm - 9 pm.
Price: From DKK 650-900 per person, including VAT (price depends on catering choices).
Finger food is served as a buffet with 4 light dishes, such as crostini, small tarts, arancini, and endive – alternatively, you can choose mini open-faced sandwiches with a selection of meat, fish, and vegetarian options. The menu varies based on seasonal ingredients and your preferences. You can always conclude your event with a cocktail, dessert, or other options.

Private events
In our large banquet hall with seating for up to 80 guests or 150 standing guests. Here, you have the setting for your exclusive evening from 5:00 pm onwards. We offer menus based on your choice from our three different menus, beautiful table settings, a charming courtyard with a private entrance from Læderstræde, and direct access to the exhibition. A sound system for music is provided. Beer, wine, and water are included throughout the evening, as well as an open bar with drinks for the last three hours of the evening. The three menus range from classic to modern or extravagant.
Evening events: 5 pm - 3 am.
Price per person starting from DKK 1,550 including VAT.
Half-day events: 12 pm - 5 pm.
Price from DKK 925 including VAT.
Whether you are celebrating a christening, confirmation, birthday, or wedding, you can use our banquet hall with seating for up to 80 guests and access to our courtyard. We offer many different options and menus, so contact us for more information.
